BlindStep, çocukların cinsel istismarı ve sömürüsüne (CSAE) karşı sıfır tolerans uygular. Çocukların cinsel istismarı nitelikli materyalin (CSAM) üretilmesi, aranması, paylaşılması ya da talep edilmesi; reşit olmayanlara yönelik cinsel içerikli davranış, taciz veya kandırma (grooming) girişimi kesinlikle yasaktır. Bu kurallara aykırı davrandığı tespit edilen hesaplar kalıcı olarak kapatılır.
BlindStep 18 yaşından küçüklere yönelik değildir. Kayıt sırasında kullanıcıdan 18 yaşını doldurduğunu beyan etmesi istenir. 18 yaşından küçük olduğu tespit edilen hesaplar kapatılır ve verileri silinir.
BlindStep yalnızca sesli bir sohbet uygulamasıdır ve tasarımı gereği görsel içerik taşıyamaz:
Bu nedenle uygulama üzerinden CSAM iletilmesi teknik olarak mümkün değildir. Kalan risk sesli konuşmanın içeriğidir ve aşağıdaki mekanizmalar bunun içindir.
Her kullanıcı, eşleştiği kişiyi uygulama içinden şikâyet edebilir ve engelleyebilir. Şikâyet ekranı görüşme sırasında, görüşme geçmişinde ve arkadaş listesinde erişilebilir durumdadır; sebep seçilebilir ve serbest metinle açıklama eklenebilir. Engellenen iki kullanıcı bir daha birbiriyle eşleşmez.
Çocuk güvenliğiyle ilgili endişeler ayrıca aşağıdaki e-posta adresine doğrudan bildirilebilir.
Şikâyetler moderasyon ekibimize ulaşır ve incelenir. Çocuk güvenliğiyle ilgili bildirimler öncelikli olarak ele alınır. İnceleme sonucunda hesap geçici olarak eşleşmeden men edilebilir veya kalıcı olarak kapatılabilir. Verilen her yaptırım, gerekçesi ve süresiyle birlikte kayıt altına alınır. Hesaplar telefon numarasına bağlı olduğu için kapatılan bir kullanıcının yeni hesap açması engellenir.
Çocukların cinsel istismarına ilişkin geçerli tüm yasalara uyarız. Tespit ettiğimiz veya bize bildirilen çocuk istismarı vakalarını ilgili ulusal yetkililere bildiririz ve yürütülen soruşturmalarda yasaların gerektirdiği ölçüde iş birliği yaparız.

BlindStep has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Creating, seeking, sharing or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any sexual conduct toward, harassment of, or grooming of a minor, is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be in breach are permanently terminated.
BlindStep is not directed to anyone under 18. During sign-up the user must confirm that they are at least 18 years old. Accounts found to belong to a person under 18 are closed and their data deleted.
BlindStep is a voice-only chat app and by design cannot carry visual content:
As a result it is technically impossible to transmit CSAM through the app. The remaining risk is the content of the voice conversation, which the mechanisms below address.
Every user can report and block the person they were matched with from inside the app. The reporting screen is reachable during a call, from the call history and from the friend list; a reason can be selected and a free-text description added. Two users who have blocked each other are never matched again.
Child safety concerns can also be reported directly to the email address below.
Reports reach our moderation team and are reviewed. Child safety reports are prioritised. Following review, an account may be temporarily barred from matching or permanently terminated. Every enforcement action is logged with its reason and duration. Because accounts are tied to a phone number, a terminated user is prevented from creating a new account.
We comply with all applicable laws regarding child sexual abuse. We report instances of child sexual abuse that we identify or that are reported to us to the relevant national authorities, and we cooperate with investigations to the extent required by law.
